Mentoring & Leadership Development
Project Excellence Mentoring and Leadership Development (PE) first came into existence 4 years ago as a result of Brooks Middle School Principle Dr. Keith Wood calling Pastor Calvin Quarles and asking to meet and discuss a specific need he was identifying with his student population. As a result of this meeting Project Excellence began and continues to be an active resource for Brooks Middle School administration and staff.
One on One and Group Mentoring
Mentors from PE are currently working with students as lunch buddies, meeting once a week and discussing vision, dreams, grades, issues and concerns. Large group meetings and leadership development are scheduled after school on campus.
